Introduction 1S Enterprises LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any information related to the use of our products and services. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and protected when customers use our Google Cloud Marketplace solutions, including our Windows Server 2022 virtual machine offerings. 2. Information We Collect Our solutions are infrastructure-based virtual machine deployments hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We do not intentionally collect personal customer data through the virtual machine image itself. However, certain operational or technical information may be processed, including: Account and billing information provided through Google Cloud Technical logs generated by Google Cloud infrastructure IP addresses and network connection information System usage and diagnostic information Support communications submitted by customers 3. How We Use Information Information may be used for the following purposes: Providing and maintaining our products and services Technical troubleshooting and support Security monitoring and abuse prevention Improving product performance and reliability Compliance with applicable laws and regulations 4. Google Cloud Infrastructure Our solutions run entirely on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Customer deployments operate within the customer’s own Google Cloud tenant/environment. Google Cloud may independently process infrastructure and billing-related data according to Google’s own privacy policies and terms. Data Security We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect customer information and infrastructure access from unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. Security practices may include: Access controls Network security configurations Authentication mechanisms Infrastructure isolation within customer environments 6. Third-Party Services Our solutions may include third-party software components such as: Microsoft Windows Server Google Chrome Use of third-party software may also be subject to their respective privacy policies and license agreements. 7. Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for: Managing access credentials Configuring their own security settings Maintaining compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies Managing any data stored within deployed virtual machines 8. AI and Data Processing Our solution does not include: Artificial Intelligence models Generative AI functionality AI agents Web search grounding services The product is a standard virtual machine deployment intended for infrastructure and remote access use cases. 9. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be published on our official website with a revised effective date.
